It’s no secret that when your tools work together seamlessly it’s easier for you to serve your customers and motivate your frontline to provide top-notch service. That’s why we added a new Microsoft Teams integration so your employees can access their feedback in the workspace they already use.

All of your feedback in one place

With the new AskNicely and Microsoft Teams integration you can empower your team to take action on customer feedback easily and efficiently. No need to download another app or even leave Microsoft Teams. Get the benefits of using AskNicely like triggering workflows seamlessly and collaborating effectively right within Microsoft Teams. Enhance efficiency and collaboration among team members while offering your customers proactive customer service to raise your NPS scores and earn more positive reviews.

Setting up this integration lets you and your team:

  • View customer feedback in Microsoft Teams: Your team can view all of their customer feedback right in Microsoft Teams, either in a single channel or in multiple channels specific to teams, locations, or groups.
  • Directly respond to feedback in Microsoft Teams: Once you’ve viewed feedback in Microsoft Teams, respond to it too. You and your team can immediately take action and reply to any feedback, shortening response times and improving the customer experience by resolving issues quickly.
  • Add internal notes to feedback: Make your feedback collaborative by adding notes in Microsoft Teams that will sync with AskNicely so everyone can stay aligned no matter which platform they prefer using.
  • Run AskNicely workflows from Microsoft Teams: You can even continue using any AskNicely workflows you’ve currently got to provide the same automated service through Microsoft Teams that you would in AskNicely. Plus, you can set triggers for specific automated actions when feedback includes a certain word or comment.

Get the best of Microsoft Teams and AskNicely by setting up the integration and start transforming your customer feedback into real change. Using a customer experience management platform like AskNicely you can analyze customer feedback and take specific location or employee-targeted action to improve the customer experience. Easily identify where your frontline could benefit from training and implement playbooks to help them improve. Ultimately connecting your team with insights and actionable feedback they can use to provide customers better service, making for a more fulfilling work environment and increasing retention internally and externally.
