Can I upgrade my plan later?
Yes, you can upgrade your plan at any time to better fit your business needs. Simply contact our support team to make the change. 
Can I downgrade or cancel my plan at any time?
You can cancel or downgrade your plan, but those changes will not take effect until the end of your current contract term.
Is there a minimum contract length?
Our plans are primarily offered on an annual basis, but we also offer discounts for extended multi-year commitments. Contact our sales team to discuss the best option for your business.
Do you offer a free trial?
No, we don’t offer a free trial because our solutions are highly tailored to integrate with your data feeds, processes, and secure customer data. However, we’re happy to provide a personalized demo to show how our plans can meet your specific business needs while ensuring the highest standards of security and customization.
How do I know how many responses I'll need? 
Understanding how many responses you need is easy as it’s directly proportional to the number of surveys you need to send.  At 15% our average response rate is market leading so we’ll make sure you get plenty of feedback to understand what your customers are saying.  We can help you estimate the number of responses by evaluating your customer base and the types of surveys you plan to send. Get in touch and we can find the right plan to fit your business.
What happens if I exceed my plan’s limits (e.g., number of responses or integrations)?
If you exceed your plan's limits, you'll be billed for response overages. Alternatively, you can work with our team to discuss a mid-contract upgrade, which may offer additional features or volume benefits to better meet your needs.
Are there any setup fees?
There are no setup fees for most plans. However, for larger implementations, custom or premium integrations, there may be additional costs. Please contact our sales team for more information.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit cards and offer invoicing options.
What if I need help?
All plans include chat and email support to assist you with any questions or issues. For plans exceeding $9,600/year, you'll also be assigned a named Customer Success Manager (CSM) and access to an Activation Team, ensuring personalized guidance and seamless implementation tailored to your business needs.
How is my data handled and protected?
We take data security very seriously. All customer data is encrypted and stored securely, and we apply industry-standard security practices including being SOC2 certified, GDPR, and CCPA compliant. Do you offer Single Sign-On (SSO)?
Yes, we offer Single Sign-On (SSO) for enhanced security and streamlined access across your organization. SSO is available as an add-on for $1,500 annually.
