Can I downgrade or cancel my plan at any time?
You can cancel or downgrade your plan, but those changes will not take effect until the end of your current contract term.
Is there a minimum contract length?

Do you offer a free trial?
No, we don’t offer a free trial because our solutions are highly tailored to integrate with your data feeds, processes, and secure customer data. How do I know how many responses I'll need?
Understanding how many responses you need is easy as it’s directly proportional to the number of surveys you need to send. At 15% our average response rate is market leading so we’ll make sure you get plenty of feedback to understand what your customers are saying. We can help you estimate the number of responses by evaluating your customer base and the types of surveys you plan to send. Get in touch and we can find the right plan to fit your business.
What happens if I exceed my plan’s limits (e.g., number of responses or integrations)?
If you exceed your plan's limits, you'll be billed for response overages. Alternatively, you can work with our team to discuss a mid-contract upgrade, which may offer additional features or volume benefits to better meet your needs.
Are there any setup fees?
There are no setup fees for most plans. However, for larger implementations, custom or premium integrations, there may be additional costs. Please contact our sales team for more information.

What if I need help?
All plans include chat and email support to assist you with any questions or issues.
