At 15% our average response rate is market leading so we’ll make sure you get plenty of feedback to understand what your customers are saying. What happens if I exceed my plan’s limits (e.g., number of responses or integrations)?
If you exceed your plan's limits, you'll be billed for response overages. Alternatively, you can work with our team to discuss a mid-contract upgrade, which may offer additional features or volume benefits to better meet your needs.
