Webinar recap: Drive growth and boost your online reputation

We hosted our first webinar centered around reputation management in August. AskNicely’s director of customer success, Reagan Nickl, and senior customer success manager, Matt Gaitan, shared valuable insights into the role of feedback in business growth.

What is the earned growth flywheel?

Matt dove right into discussing how AskNicely customers find success through the earned growth flywheel. The steps of this flywheel help customers gather comprehensive insights with operational excellence and proactive reputation management.

During the webinar, Matt helped customers envision the entire flywheel. He explained how real AskNicely customers use our product to find success in all stages of the flywheel, from collecting feedback to responding to it, assessing it, transforming their business, and ultimately growing it. 

Boost your revenue with AskNicely

Next up Matt introduced reputation management and its connection to revenue. If you’re already concerned with your online reputation and collecting feedback, you know that having a positive online presence helps build trust, boost your SEO, and it ultimately influences purchasing decisions. 

But, the most successful AskNicely customers go a step further and actively manage their online reputation. They leverage AskNicely internal tools like review request, which allows customers to share their feedback as a review in just seconds. Customers who actively use this feature often see significant increases in their Google reviews. They also manage their reputation by leveraging the testimonials widget, which allows our customers to automatically push feedback from their customers right to their website.

Using AskNicely with myPresences for a reputation management boost

We rounded out the webinar with Reagan covering a new feature powered by myPresences to help users take their growth to the next level. Some AskNicely customers who have businesses with multiple locations might be looking to supercharge their reputation management. We know managing reviews for one location can be a challenge let alone multiple locations, with reviews across multiple review websites and social media, too. It’s a tool that helps marketing and operational teams work together to manage reputation and improve it by operationalizing feedback at every level from the boardroom to the frontline.
